Games have overlapping pillars we want to achieve in business as well. We operate by the rules/guidelines/frames of the company. We aim for goal orientation and contributing to the vision to create and outcome/results we are aiming for. The entertainment part is something that can be learned from playing games into the work life. This is where it can feel more than “just work”. Other than anything at work, a game is designed as stand alone. It does not impact “daily life”. This is where the power lies to learn lessons, use endless imagination and create a safe environment.
